Hello Artists and Crafts Exhibitors,
This year our 15th annual
Poage Landing Day event will take place on September 17th,
18th, and 19th, 2010. We welcome you to be
a part of the excitement. Ashland
is a part of the tri-state area located on the banks of the
Ohio River. To our north
across the river is Ironton, Ohio
and to our east is Huntington, West
Virginia. All within a fifteen minute drive. So as you
can see we have an ideal location for a prosperous event.
We welcome juried and un-juried
crafters to rent space to sell your goods. All juried crafts
must be hand made to qualify for space under our furnished
tents. Non-juried vendor space is also available as well. All
interested exhibitors, please email pictures, information about
your craft, and a completed application to me at
susanvalentine@hotmail.com or you may mail them to the
address listed below. Applications are available on line for
your convenience. All fees and deposits must accompany
applications in order to be assigned a space.
Arts and crafts registration and set-up
time will be Friday morning, September 18th, from
9am- noon on the corner of 16th Street and Winchester
Ave..
The cost to set up is $155.00 for a
10x10 space for 3 days. This includes $125.00 to Poage Landing
Days Festival and $30.00 for a temporary license fee ($10.00 per
day) for the city of Ashland. I will purchase your business
license for you and deliver it to you at the festival. Both
deposits and amount due should be sent to the address below,
attention arts & crafts. Registration will be at the
intersection of 16th St. & Winchester Ave. See our
website map for directions. Parking will be available near the
event. Please bring your tables, chairs, shelves, and
heavy-duty extension cords you will need and wide tape to secure
the cord. We hope to see you there.

LIABILITY WAIVER
Every precaution will be taken to care for your items, but we cannot
be responsible for any loss or damage. By signing below, you agree
to indemnify and hold harmless the Poage Landing Days Board and
Committee from any claims or causes of action for loss or damage to
or caused by art, crafts, products, displays and other items on
exhibit or delivered for your exhibit.
